發(fā)電機的操作

警告：
發(fā)電機在啟動前，請務(wù)必將輸出交流開關(guān)設(shè)在（ＯＦＦ）位置（開關(guān)向下）。否則將損壞發(fā)電機（不能直接帶負載啟動）
（１） 打開燃油開關(guān)。（在“ＯＮ”位置）
（２） 用手指輕輕拉出風門。
（３） 對于手啟動機型，先慢慢拉動反沖啟動期直至其嚙合好為止，然后再用力將其拉動。
（４） 對于電啟動機型，調(diào)整啟動開關(guān)到ＯＮ運轉(zhuǎn)（位置）上，旋轉(zhuǎn)啟動開關(guān)至ＳＴＡＲＴ（啟動）位置10秒鐘；如啟動不成功，則間隔十秒鐘后再次啟動直至啟動成功。
（５） 發(fā)電機啟動成功之后，再用手推回風門，寒冷時，應(yīng)逐漸推回風門。
注意：
（１） 新購置的機組在初次使用時，需反復啟動2-3次，才能啟動成功。
（２） 對于電啟動機型，如用手啟動方式啟動時，應(yīng)將啟動鑰匙放在ON位置。
（３） 對于電啟動機型，每次啟動間隔時間應(yīng)在十秒鐘以上，否則容易造成電池過放電或啟動電機因過熱而損壞。如啟動五次不成功，則應(yīng)檢查機組是否有故障。
2．發(fā)電機的輸出（帶負載）
（1）發(fā)電機在常溫啟動后，需要運行1-2分鐘預熱運轉(zhuǎn)，寒冷時，需加長預熱運轉(zhuǎn)時間至3-5分鐘。如啟動后馬上帶負載，可能會造成發(fā)電機突然停機。
（2）如接負載應(yīng)在發(fā)電機啟動之前就將負載正確的接至發(fā)電機輸出端子上。等預熱后，再將輸出開關(guān)合上。
警告：
（１） 發(fā)電機不能超載運行，長時間帶載運行不應(yīng)超過額定功率的80%。
（２） 對于三相機型來說，三項負載應(yīng)平衡，每相差值不超過30%，否則發(fā)電機容易損壞。
（３） 連接發(fā)電機和負載之間的電纜線徑應(yīng)該符合國家相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范（1mm2/4A）。
（４） 為避免人身傷亡事故，須由專業(yè)技術(shù)人員進行操作。
（５） 發(fā)電機在運轉(zhuǎn)時需有專人維護，定期觀察發(fā)電機電壓和電流。如有異?，F(xiàn)象，請立即停機檢查。

（６） 發(fā)電機運轉(zhuǎn)過程中，排氣管會很熱，絕對不能觸摸，否則可能會導致嚴重燙傷。

(4)fortheelectricstartingmodel，thestartingswitchisadjustedtotheONoperation(position)，therotatingstartswitchtotheSTART(start)positionis10secondsifthestartupisnotsuccessful，theintervalisstartedagainaftertensecondsuntilthestartissuccessful.
(5)afterthegeneratorissuccessfullystarted，theairdoorispushedbackbyhand.Whenthegeneratoriscold，theairdoorshouldbepushedbackgradually.
Becareful：
(1)thenewlypurchasedunitsneedtoberepeated2-3timesbeforetheyarefirstusedbeforetheycanbelaunchedsuccessfully.
(2)fortheelectricstartingtype，suchasstartingwiththemanualstartingmode，thestartingkeyshouldbeplacedintheONposition.
(3)fortheelectricstartingmachine，thetimeofeachstartintervalshouldbemorethantenseconds，otherwisethebatteryoverdischargeorthestartingmotorwillbedamagedbyoverheating.Ifthefivefailedstart，checkwhethertheunitisdefective.
2.theoutputofthegenerator(withload)
(1)whenthegeneratorstartsatnormaltemperature，itneedstorunfor1-2minutestowarmup.Whenitiscold，itneedstolengthenthewarm-uptimeto3-5minutes.Iftheloadisstartedimmediatelyafterstarting，itmaycausethegeneratortostopsuddenly.
(2)iftheloadshouldbeproperlyconnectedtothegeneratoroutputterminalbeforethegeneratorstarts.Afterthepreheating，theoutputswitchisclosed.
Notice：
(1)thegeneratorshouldnotbeoverloaded，anditshouldnotexceed80%ofratedpowerforalongtime.
(2)forthree-phasemodels，threeloadsshouldbebalanced，withadifferenceofnotmorethan30%，otherwisethegeneratorwillbeeasilydamaged.
(3)thecablediameterbetweenthegeneratorandtheloadshouldconformtotherelevantnationaltechnicalspecification(1mm2/4A).
(4)inordertoavoidcasualties，itisnecessaryforprofessionalandtechnicalpersonneltooperate.
(5)thegeneratorneedstobespeciallymaintainedduringitsoperation，andthegeneratorvoltageandcurrentshouldbeobservedperiodically.Ifthereisanabnormalphenomenon，pleasestopandcheckimmediately.
